Smartphone users: you may use your smartphone on all GoPhone plans> Just know you'll need to have a data package to use any data services. Unfortunately you cannot use pay-per-use data with your smartphone.

Please note these messaging prices refect those on the $0.10 minute plan. All other plans have unlimited messaging as indicated in the chart above.

Data Features: if you have a smartphone you're going to need to purchase one of the following data packages:

  • $5 for 10 MB
  • $15 for 100 MB
  • $25 for 500 MB
These data packages will allow you to take full advantage of the Web, email, social networks and more all from your smartphone.

If you want to maximize how much bang you get for your buck when it comes to data then you definitely need to purhase the Onavo App for your smartphone. This app actually compresses the data that your phone is using allowing you to do more things on your smartphone without chewing up your precious data allotments.
